We will work through all of your ideas and questions in an initial consultation, and then from there create a customized design that meets both your visual and functional needs. Once approved by you, we will proceed to delivery and installation of your custom product.

With the materials that we use, we are able to design unique structures and cantilever options that don't require four posts; structures can be installed with 4, 3, 2, and even 1 in certain situations. This flexibility allows for customized layouts and designs, as well as tailored functionality for your individual space.
We offer styles and colors to fit a variety of design aesthetics; everything from modern clean lines in colors like black/grey/white, to beveled/mitered/scalloped/corbel cuts in whites/creams/browns. There are plenty of options to fit each individual's design aesthetic and home style.
Yes all structures have a variety of roof options including lattice, solid, louvered, and even laser cut design panels. We can create and combine any roof solution to give you the best function and style for your shade needs.

Yes, Modern Valley Patio is fully licensed with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and are bonded and insured to best protect our clients and ourselves.
Our design and rendering services are done on an as-needed basis. Each project is unique and none are too big or small but if you want to see what your structure will look like before installed, the HOA requires it, or we are talking through designs, we are happy to provide some of the best 3D renderings you'll find to help you see what's possible!
